MATERIAL AND LABOR WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our warranty covers all materials installed and labor performed for 1 year.  A manufacture warranty is typically available with most materials.  All labor performed is warranted that it was installed professionally and according to the manufacturers recommended method.

MATERIAL AND LABOR WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER

​

It does not cover any material or labor in areas or on material where we did NOT work or install material.  It does not cover any subsequent damage beyond the installed or labor performed.  It does not cover any material or labor performed that was damaged by natural disasters.

​LEAK WARRANTY

​

We will fix any leaks due to result of workmanship error or problems with build for up to 1 year from date of build, only on areas labor was performed.  There is a time limitation, besides what was previously stipulated, providing that E-Z Roofing & Construction, LLC. is notified within 30 days of occurrence.
